anticipated project outcome. This project statement includes estimated
costs, incremental activities, project phases, and expected results. The
project statement is the heart and soul of your grant application. It helps to
identify a conservation issue, problem, or opportunity that must be addressed,
as well as, the actions that your agency will implement to help resolve the
issue, problem, or opportunity.
